Aardvac | Print, screen, and storefront design

Aardvac is a local business in Avon, Colorado, that sells and services vacuums and offers professional knife sharpening. I refreshed its logo and designed ads that gave each service a clear message while keeping the business recognizable across formats.

My role: Logo redesign, ad copy, layout, and production design

 

How I approached it

I designed around where people would see each piece. A small newspaper ad needed a headline readers could catch while scanning the page. The movie theater ad needed a clear focal point and text people could read from their seats. The refreshed logo and black-and-gold palette gave the pieces a common visual identity, with room for seasonal artwork when it served the message.
